  • Making good use of advanced engineering technology to accelerate the renewal and improvement of old irrigation and drainage facilities and enhance water efficiency.
  • The Irrigation Act gives agricultural and irrigation utility personnel public powers to deal with irrigation water pollution incidents and ensure the safety of crop production.
  • In addition to providing irrigation services for farmland within an irrigation area, services for suitable agricultural land outside such areas will also be gradually expanded based on local conditions.
